Here
at Madison’s we believe in a philosophy that is
different than most. By purchasing the best product
from local purveyors we can ensure the highest quality
product that we can possibly serve. Our menu is
forever changing and relatively smaller compared to
most other restaurants. We offer seven starters
including cold and hot appetizers and salads. We
follow this up with seven daily entrees typically
consisting of two types of fish, pasta, steak, duck,
chicken and pork. For the finish we offer five
desserts.
Every
item is made here in house at Madison’s. This
includes pastas, desserts and all sauces. We change
items on our menu every three to four days to stay
extremely seasonal and fresh. To pair up nicely we
offer an extensive wine list, beer list and cocktails
created by our mixologists.
The
wine list itself is composed of approximately 22 wines
by the glass and 70 bottles. Most if not all are not
available at local retailers or other restaurants. We
have spent a great deal of time in putting this list
together and offer the best in product out there.
The
most important aspect is to let people understand how
passionate we are about what we do. To offer
phenomenal product on a daily basis at a great price
brings us the utmost joy. This is what we as the
owners have prided ourselves on in the past, and will
continue to do in the future.
