Registration
for the Fall 2011/Spring 2012 season now open!
In
person registration will be held at:
Assumption
Church on
Monday, May 16, 7:30p – 9p
Tuesday, June 14, 730p – 9p
On
Field behind Eugene Auer School on
Saturday, June 11. 10a – 12p
Registration
fee for both seasons will be $110 per player
with a discounted fee of $65 for the 3rd and subsequent children.
This
rate is valid until July 30,2011.
after that we will charge a $20 late fee per player.
Please
note there is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
Sorry
but on-line processing fee is non refundable.
