Spring 2006 Registration is $60.

• Registration for the Spring '06 season is only open if there is availability on a team. Please scroll down and fill out the form at the bottom of this page to check availability for your child.
  
  
• Children born between January 1, 1989 and December 31, 2001 may be registered. A copy of the child's birth certificate is required for registration.
  
  
• Children from any school district or any town may be registered.
  
  
• Soccer Uniforms must be purchased at Soccer World at an additional cost.
  
  
• In the event that a particular age division does not have enough players to constitute an in-house division MCCS reserves the right to place teams into the Suffolk Soccer Interleague program which will require traveling to nearby leagues. (This is only a concern for older divisions)
