General Conditions:  All ads are accepted based on the assumption that the advertiser / agency have the authority to place such advertising.   Publisher shall not be liable for any claims based on contents or subjects of advertisements.  Publisher assumes than an advertiser has secured the right to use any photographic images contained in an ad, as well as the consent of any person(s) who may be pictured.  Publisher is not liable for any costs or damages if for any reason publishers fail to publish an advertisement.  All advertising material is subject to approval.  Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time, without liability.  Rates are subject to change upon notice from the Publisher.  Advertisers and their agencies are jointly and severally liable for payment of advertising space ordered and/or published production charges and any collection or legal costs incurred. 

Terms & Commissions

• 50% cash is due net 14 days before magazine going to print. We offer a 5% discount on all payments prior to publication date.
• Any trade / barter arrangements must be paid within 7 days from purchase of advertising total, in method agreed upon with Publisher and advertiser.
• All ads paid within terms of invoice are 15% commissionable strictly to bona fide advertising agencies that provide digital files.
