In June of 2006, after successfully operating their Lawrence location for nineteen years, Frank and Sal Leone decided on opening the Baldwin location. They made sure they brought to Baldwin a family oriented atmosphere and a commitment to be involved with the community. But most importantly they brought their mother, Antonina's, passion and high expectations for Italian cuisine which meant only using the finest and freshest ingredients available, sanitary service, and never taking any shortcuts in their pursuit for excellence.
