NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1 Client consents, authorizes and agrees to the use, inclusion and presentation of Client�s business information, by Company in any and all Company�s marketing materials.

2 Client represents to Company that it has the ownership rights and authority to permit Company to use, include and present such business information in the Company�s marketing materials and agrees to release and hold the Company harmless for any and all claims related to such use, inclusion and presentation.
